We were very impressed with our stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we needed. The service was impeccable, with prompt resolutions to all our inquiries and requests. The staff were friendly, polite, and professional, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The room service was fantastic, they even went above and beyond by drying our wet clothes for us. The hotel amenities were top-notch, with a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa, and a refreshing swimming pool. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

The hotel's convenient location near popular shopping areas and tourist attractions was definitely a plus. It was easy to explore the Gongbei underground shopping complex and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Lotus Road. Additionally, being close to the Gongbei border to Macau made it convenient for me to visit the neighboring city. the big, clean and comfortable rooms with great views of Macau were also a highlight of my stay.

Communication was a major challenge during my time at the hotel. the language barrier was evident, as there was a lack of English-speaking staff available.

The location of this hotel is great, situated on a main road that leads to the shopping area. It is also a short walk to the border crossing and the seawall. The staff is helpful and some speak a little English. The rooms are well-maintained and the beds are firm but not rock hard.

The breakfast buffet on the top floor has been reported to be only average, so it might not be the best option for a meal.
